In our culinary ateliê, we, the Cvitanić family, prepare some of the finest and tastiest meals of Dalmatian cuisine. Following our long lasting tradition, we prepare the food in the same way as our great-grandmothers did. Discover our homemade appetizers, wine, sauces, traditional side dishes served in old-looking bowls. Enjoy in the lamb barbecued on the Dalmatian Holly Oak’s ember; in a chicken roasted on a spit, served on a plate with domestic potatoes, or perhaps in an unforgettable “John Dory“ fish (St. Peter's fish).
